Position : Med-Surg RNLocation : Gunnison, CODuration : 13 weeksShift : 12 hour shifts, daysGuaranteed Hours a Week : 36A clinically competent Registered Nurse (RN) who provides care to the acutely ill patient through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Professional nursing staff are expected to attain knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice following professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules and regulations.
Nurses function collaboratively with patients, families, and others in the conduct of nursing practice and are able to integrate ethical provision in all areas of practice.
Nurses consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost and impact on practice in the planning and delivery or nursing services at this Hospital.
Housing Reimbursement Detail - at the end of the successfully completed assignment, the clinician can submit receipts for the cost of housing and be reimbursed for up to $600 per month for the length of the assignment.
Please note rural Gunnison does not have public transportation which will require the traveler to have access to a reliable source of transportation.
Facility InformationQUALIFICATIONS : 3 years of experience as an RN Med-SurgMust have an active RN license in the state of CO.
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.Must be fully covid vaccinated or has proof of religious / medical exemption.EMR used : CPSI Evident
