Associate Director of Learning Solutions

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Learning Solutions & Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the learning services roadmap, including instructional design standards and process optimization

Oversee the design and development of eLearning and training programs for clinical raters and site personnel

Manage the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS platforms and virtual training tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Organizational Psychology / Development or similar

10+ years of experience developing learning and / or change programs

Hands-on knowledge of leading-edge learning and development techniques and technologies

Experience with iterative working methodologies preferred (design thinking, agile, scrum)

Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline or similar design software
