Regional Sales Manager - West
Company Overview : The Zero Proof (www.thezeroproof.com) is a fast-growing startup in the explosive non-alcoholic wine and spirits space! We are a leading curator, wholesaler, and online retailer of premium non-alcoholic wines and spirits based in Atlanta, Georgia.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the West (Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington).
Job Summary : As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Your primary responsibilities will include key market-level and regional sales, on and off-premise chain management, customer relationships, forecasting, area team development, and distributor maintenance.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in beverage distribution or supply with a preference in the wine / spirits industry.
Relationships with national CPG / food distributors also a plus. Key Responsibilities :
Market-Level Sales (30%)

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed area sales targets.
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within territory network.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
Distributor Management (30%)
Evaluate and manage distributor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Provide guidance, support, and training to distributors to drive sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with distributors on pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Manage area marketing budget.
On / Off-Premise Chain Management (30%)
Open and foster regional chain relationships.
Collaborate with on / off-premise chains to maximize product placement and visibility.
Manage customer voids and promotional schedule.
Forecasting and Analysis (10%)
Monitor and analyze inventory and sales data to generate accurate forecasts.
Generate regular reports on beverage sales, inventory, and performance.
Provide feedback for market demand and trends.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the alcohol distribution or beverage supply industry in the West.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the beverage industry, including expertise in the alcohol category.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Must live in California.
Compensation :
