Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Cath Lab Tech Shift : Variable Days / 6 : 30a-7p (12's), 7a-3 : 30p (8's), 40hrs / weekLength : 13 WeeksCall is between 9-11 days per 6 weeks and that includes a weekend.
Weekly call is 1900-0630 (call normally starts after cases are complete but that is the range)Weekend call is Friday at 1900 to Monday at 0630.
40 minute call window once pager goes off. Requirements :
- OH license
- 1 year of experience
- Must have at least 1 previous travel assignment
- BLS, ARRT
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 PREVIOUS TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT Actual schedule is 2-12 hour shifts (0630-1900) and 2- 8 hour shifts (0700-1530).
PCI / CTO / STEMIsFamiliar with impella, IABP,Rota,laser,Inari, penumbra.ECMO,TAVRs, LAAO and Mitral clips, if not trained in all of these it is okay.

Candidates within 60 miles will qualify for Local Rate ($90). To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 3 facilities : UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), , UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut, regardless of facility candidate will be working.
Former perm employees must wait until after 6 months to be sent in for a positionFormer travel can come back at any timeFit Test completed on-site.
Gentlemen must be clean shaven.Per UH policy, candidates cannot request off more than 8 days, with no more than 5 consecutively requested off.
