About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist Job Duration : Full Time Shift : Full-time Guaranteed Hours : Experience : Minimum 2 years License : - Current unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Colorado- OR Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado Certifications : Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program - OR Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program- Current BCLS- Current unrestricted certification from Hand Therapy Certification Commission (recertification required every 5 years) Must-Have : Demonstrated understanding of treatment costs and financial support related to quality and efficiency- Ability to analyze data from outcome measures Job Description : Coordinate and direct patient care services for patients of all ages to ensure patient needs are met.
- Conduct patient evaluations / assessments and establish and implement a plan of care.- Assess the effectiveness of and modify treatment plans to ensure goal achievement.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress.- Produce quality documentation in a timely manner to support the provision of care, following professional association and regulatory guidelines.
- Collect and analyze data from selected outcome measures to monitor patient progress and the benefit of interventions.- Communicate appropriately and clearly with physicians, staff, and leadership.
- Demonstrate an understanding of budgeting, staffing, billing / coding, and procedural planning tasks.
