Our client, an instrument company, is seeking an experienced C# developer to build sophisticated data analysis tools for their desktop applications.
We are developing a suite of desktop applications for data analysis in the instrumentation industry. We need a skilled developer to create robust, user-friendly tools that can process and visualize complex data sets from various scientific instruments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement desktop applications using C# and .NET Framework
- Develop data analysis algorithms and visualization tools
- Create intuitive user interfaces for complex data manipulation tasks
- Optimize application performance for handling large datasets
- Implement data import / export functionality for various file formats
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand and implement specific analysis requirements
- Maintain and improve existing codebase
Temporary opportunity - 6 month project
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework
- Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) or Windows Forms
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, particularly those relevant to data analysis
- Familiarity with scientific or engineering data processing
- Experience with data visualization libraries (., OxyPlot, LiveCharts)
- Proficiency in version control systems (., Git)
- Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
