• Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee the dialysis process performed by Dialysis Technicians.* Proven ability to provide treatments in a safe, therapeutic, and cost-effective manner.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with providing quality outcomes and tracking of metrics.* Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.

apply to learn more! Required License*Valid licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN) or COMPACT LICENSEUnder the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Unit Director, perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department.

Plan, provide and evaluate total nursing care by the established patient care philosophy. Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care by using the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing by departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care, maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units, and participate in all phases of education.
