Supply Chain Manager

We're seeking a project-focused Supply Chain Manager to lead projects and oversee day-to-day operations within a dynamic supply chain team. This role combines project leadership, team management, and data-driven decision making, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

This is 100% on-site role in South Miami. No remote or hybrid flexibility available.

What You'll Do :

• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects, including system upgrades, new product introductions, and process improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team of three professionals, providing direction and support.
• Build Excel-based models and dashboards to forecast demand, track performance, and optimize inventory.
• Partner with procurement, operations, R&D, IT, and external suppliers to align on objectives.
• Oversee supplier relationships and third-party logistics partners.
• Travel domestically (up to 25%) to supplier and partner sites.
• Drive initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and streamline operations.
