Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong technical background to join our team. An experienced Project Manager , need to have experience in Java, C#, background and other relevant technologies, along with exposure to Capital Markets and DevOps practices.

This role requires excellent communication and soft skills, as well as a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta GA is $120K - $140K / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

10+ years of proven work experience in Tech PM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Project Manager software development background, with Java, C#, and other relevant technologies.
  • Exposure to Capital Markets and understanding of financial instruments is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
