Job Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support in all stages of pre-litigation, from case inception to settlement. Remote position with all equipment provided by the Firm.
Bilingual is required, English / Spanish. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the legal process surrounding personal injury cases
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
- Pay : Salary commensurate with experience
- 1099 employee position
Responsibilities
- Type : Full-Time (8 hours per day)
- Needs to be able to handle a high case load from start through settlement
- In office / Remote work
- Entering data from medical records, court documents, and other sources into our database
- Working with clients to gather all necessary documents and information for their case
