Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for clients, advising on solution architecture and product alignment
Generate and manage quotes for software, hardware, and service add-ons, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely updates
Drive product utilization and client engagement through training, upsell discussions, and participation in events
Required Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management or account management
Knowledge of integrated security solutions and related technologies
Familiarity with CRM systems for data stewardship and reporting
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and contribute to strategic planning
Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and meetings
