How you'll make an impact We are hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst on our Gallagher Bassett - Banking Team! Professional Leadership : Strong, proven ability to grow and develop within team Ownership, urgency, accuracy, timeliness and a process improvement mindset Strong, proven process improvement skills Strong analytical skills Strong Excel skills : Ability to work with large data sets Ability to utilize functions / formulas and other Excel mechanisms to build new and understand existing processes Communication skills : Ability to interact with clients, producers, account managers, external vendors (, banks, payment processors) and senior leadership throughout Gallagher Bassett Ability to interact with teams across Finance to ensure adherence to timeliness and quality standards Ability to interact with our Gallagher Center of Excellence team to ensure adherence to timeliness and quality standards Strong written communication skills Proven presentation skills About You Required : Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required.
Strong Excel and financial management software skills are essential.
