Description
Additional duties (assigned based upon dealership location) :
- Adequately perform the job duties of a tire technician as needed.
- Provide team leadership to tire store technicians :
- Communicate daily work assignments, priorities, and goals.
- Coach and assist in the development of team members.
- Coordinate work assignments with internal and external customers as necessary.
- Familiarize the team with special customer needs.
- Assure the team follows standards / guidelines.
- Help keep the team focused and on track to the tasks at hand.
- Request and coordinate workspace assignments, equipment needs and tools to maximize team performance.
- Provide input to the National, Regional or Area Tire Store Manager on individual performance of team members and staffing change needs.
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team to the Regional or Area Tire Store Manager.
- Provide direction / guidance to the team based on management direction.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
