How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Sr. Director of Client Engagement , you will be instrumental in driving client success and satisfaction by orchestrating the delivery of Epsilon’s products and services.
Work together win together You will report to the Vice President, Client Engagement Delivery and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Services, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Champion a client-centric culture by identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives to expand our client partnerships.

Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you :
8+ years of industry-specific experience
2-3 years of managerial experience
Martech or Adtech experience
In-depth understanding of clients / industries supported
High acumen of services operations, contracting, and financials
Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
