How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Sr. Director of Client Engagement , you will be instrumental in driving client success and satisfaction by orchestrating the delivery of Epsilon’s products and services.

Work together win together You will report to the Vice President, Client Engagement Delivery and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Services, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

You will be at the forefront of our transformation to a client-centric model, working on exciting projects that drive business growth and enhance client value.

Forge deep client relationships and drive exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering world-class products and services.

Lead cross-functional teams across sales, client services, and delivery to create a seamless client experience and maximize client value.

Develop top talent and inspire high performance by providing clear direction and actionable feedback.Masterfully orchestrate complex projects, aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

Champion a client-centric culture by identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives to expand our client partnerships.

Leverage business acumen and financial expertise to optimize profitability and achieve measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Achieve

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong leadership skills and build a high-performing client engagement team.

You will gain deep expertise in the martech / AdTech industry and develop a strong understanding of Epsilon’s product offerings.

Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you :

8+ years of industry-specific experience

2-3 years of managerial experience

Martech or Adtech experience

In-depth understanding of clients / industries supported

High acumen of services operations, contracting, and financials

Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention

Experience leading large, cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
