About The Position
Job Title : EEG Technician Job Specialty : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Job Duration : 13-week assignment Shift : Day, 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1 year minimum, first-time applicants welcome License : Valid Allied license Certifications : Must meet hospital requirements Must-Have : - Ability to float between units- On-call availability every 5th weekend- Availability to work one day every weekend- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination, medical and religious exemptions are allowed Job Description : Perform EEG diagnostics and related neuro procedures- Float between sister facilities nearby- Collaborate in a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma Center, and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center setting- Engage in a teaching hospital environment with comprehensive orientation- Complete any assigned modules pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours- Wear appropriate scrub color as specified for the role
