We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive base salary o f $30,000 - $50,000 annually , with additional commission and bonus opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
Requirements
- License Requirements : A Property and Casualty License is required. A license is not required to apply.
- Preferred candidate would have their license and experience, but willing to train someone who will get their Tennessee and Georgia insurance licenses.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
