Position Overview :
As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our students.
Your role will involve assessing students, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to promote optimal student success.
Responsibilities : Middle School :
Middle School :
- Provide 5 individual sessions (30 minutes each)
- Conduct 7 mandated group sessions on a 6-day cycle (2-3 sessions)
- Deliver 2 mandated monthly group sessions (30 minutes each)
High School :
- Provide 12 individual sessions (30 minutes each on a 6-day cycle)
- Conduct 1 mandated monthly individual session (30 minutes)
- Deliver 7 mandated group sessions on a 6-day cycle (3-4 sessions)
Total Sessions Across Both Schools : 25-27 sessions
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
