Insides Sales Representative
Compensation : Starting at $19 per hour plus bonus
Higher rate will be available based on experience.
Our Company is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced sales people for our Fontana Warehouse. This position involves answering incoming phone calls to place orders, answer customer questions, resolve order issues as well as calling customers to follow up & confirm orders.
Requirements :
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOMOTIVE WHEELS AND TIRES.
- This position requires great communication & customer relationship management skills
- Must have previous sales experience
- Must have customer service experience
- Spanish speaking preferred
Responsibilities :
1. Answering Sales Calls
2. Performing will call transactions and sales at the will call desk.
3. Placing customer orders online
4. Answering Customer Questions via telephone & email
5. Contacting customers to confirm orders
6. Contacting Vendors to check stock / availability
7. Contacting customers to follow up with orders
8. Handling returns, refunds, warranty claims
9. Ensuring available products are displayed on website
