Machine Operator – CNC (2nd Shift)

Location : Hudson, WI

Pay Rate : $21.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 4 : 00 p.m. to 2 : 00 a.m. (Some OT on Fridays as needed)

Type : Temp-to-Hire through Bear Staffing

Overview :

Bear Staffing is seeking reliable and skilled CNC Machine Operators for 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with experience running mills, lathes, grinders, hobs, or broaches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and part sketches
• Mount workpieces using various methods (chuck, faceplate, etc.)
• Install preset tooling and follow specified sequencing
• Start and monitor machining operations
• Make machine adjustments as needed for optimal performance
• Inspect parts using micrometers and precision gauges
• Prepare materials for the next run to minimize downtime
• Operate secondary machines during cycles when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
