About the Role :

We are seeking to add a clinical psychologist to our growing clinical testing program with competency in providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, experience working with a pediatric, adolescent and adult population, and a special interest in Autism and other assessments. The ideal candidate will help set up a program to conduct diagnostic evaluations, evaluate results and deliver treatment recommendations to families as part of a clinically excellent program. Responsibilities :

• Complete psychological assessments
• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provides therapeutic interventions as needed to facilitate behavioral health clinical care management.
• Determine an evaluation plan that would address the referral questions, which may include diagnostic questions, treatment recommendations, and / or needs for special education accommodations
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological measures
• Write a thorough testing report to explain the results of the evaluation
• Provide feedback to the client regarding the results of the evaluation, and, if requested, coordinate with other providers to share the testing results
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
