The Watts Internship Program is your chance to bring what you've learned in the classroom to life! You'll dive into real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience while learning how business really works from the inside.

During the program, you'll get to roll up your sleeves and make an impact on day-to-day operations. Plus, you'll have tons of opportunities to network with passionate professionals across manufacturing, industrial engineering, and more-sparking new ideas through cross-department collaboration.

What You'll Do

Work with latest SEO tools to conduct an audit of our websites, and learn how to read and interpret the reportsContent review of content on our global web platform and make recommendations to improve customer experienceDevelop and execute on actions that will improve search engine ranking based on site analyticsCreating how-to documentation so others can follow and learn what you have learnedConduct and review web accessibility scanning results, and develop actions to improve website for users with accessibilityParticipate in regression testing / QA during website to help find bugs before customers doWho You Are

Current student (Junior status) actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing.Knowledge in SOE / SEM, Analytics, ABM tools and Content Management Systems (CMS)Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impactDemonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environmentStrong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitmentsMust be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the futureWhat's In It for You

Work Environment :

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
