Avid Healthcare Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to work at Sacramento County Facilities in Northern California.
Position :
CA Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)
Requirements may include :
- Current CNA License
- Current CPR / BLS Certification
Duties may include :
- Administer medical care to ill or injured patients
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively use the nursing process
- Experience in addiction / detox, psych, infectious disease, wound care, and chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma

Shift
Monday-Sunday
- 2 weekend days / month availability is required. (2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays or Sat / Sun)
- Scheduled days / shifts & location are based on the facility needs
- Both facilities are open seven (7) days a week.
- Your availability is one of the criteria's reviewed for consideration for this assignment
- Your availability is how your schedule is created based on needs of either facility location
- All candidates must be available to work days as specified on availability you submit.
- This position is per diem.
- No benefits are associated with this position.
