Associate Manager, Crew Sales Operations
About the Role
The role will manage the overall operations of the Crew sales environment ensuring that all systems, process, sales functions are supported.
The person in this position will support the Site Operations Crew Work Manager with operations and general administrative initiatives to support the Crew Sales team.
You’ll Make a Difference By
- Supporting Senior Director Crew, Crew Sales Team, and Site Operations team with all requests / tasks
- Managing and QA catalog set-up for pre-season and in-season products.
- Troubleshooting and resolving on-site product information issues using catalog management tools and systems.
- Managing the customization template process with Cloudinary, from creation to upload, and participate in new customization initiatives.
- Utilizing project management software to streamline and track product and site updates, coordinating and communicating with appropriate stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
- Managing stakeholder communication across multiple business lines on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
- Managing and executing administrative tasks to support the sales team.
- Helping with other projects related to the website operations as needed.
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers, upon request.
- Managing Program Import Uploads and Account Administrative tasks, customer specific catalog adjustments and changes.
- Generating customer or territory specific reporting, through Billtrust, Cognos, Znode, SalesForce and Tableau.
- Supporting geographical, industry and season specific marketing emails to help create Sales Calendar.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintaining and directing emails that come through Crew Sales mailbox.
- Helping customers troubleshoot basic portal errors and generate escalation within IT and Crew team.
- Generating pointed marketing items detailing new additions to the site and what will be removed.
- Acting as liaison between embroidery team and customer for embroidery approvals.
- Managing weekly orders to inform customers on lead time, or delay for embroidery or product availability.
- Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned at any time.
About You
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); sales CRM experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication abilities, including active listening.
- Problem-solving orientation and strategic thinking with adaptability to a growing business.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to handle multi-faceted projects with strong follow through.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well individually as well as within a team.
- Commitment to quality, motivated self-starter with strong ownership of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $78,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
