JOB TITLE : Senior Client Success Manager
LOCATION : Fort Myers, Florida
based out of and reports to Ft. Myers office; may work 100% remotely from home from anywhere in ; requires minimum 30% international and domestic travel)
DUTIES :
- Serve as main point of contact between client and SoftServe; Create strategy to address clients’ business needs, identifying add-on business opportunities;
- Conduct QBRs, share project outcomes, and recommend process improvements; Collaborate directly with clients to address problems or overcome obstacles;
- Partner with clients to build strategies to overcome known business challenges and goals; Assist sales team in prospecting for potential new business and establishing relationships with potential clients;
- Generate list of opportunities for upcoming deals; Comprehend business deal essentials including business’ needs to solve, and budget and planned milestones;
- Comprehend client’s internal network to include decision makers, decision process, and budgeting / procurement; Ensure business value proposition is clearly defined and addresses how stakeholders achieve their goals;
and consistently work to ensure client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or closely related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in a related occupation applying regulatory ( GDPR, CCPA / CPRA,) and compliance requirements;
- managing software projects (from such domains as ISV, Energy, Logistics, Network Security) and products (Client or Industry-specific);
- conducting delivery, quality, and risk management; providing cloud, application development, and technical support in software organizations;
- applying knowledge of business domain (including Client or Industry specific terminology such as described by Project Management Institute, SDLC-related, software development-related) in order to establish appropriate collaboration and trust levels with stakeholders of various levels and technical skills, from Engineering Manager to CEO, and market landscape;
managing sales pipeline products.
MINIMUM ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS :
- In the alternative, employer will accept seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience in a related occupation applying regulatory ( GDPR, CCPA / CPRA,) and compliance requirements;
- managing software projects (from such domains as ISV, Energy, Logistics, Network Security) and products (Client or Industry-specific);
- conducting delivery, quality, and risk management; providing cloud, application development, and technical support in software organizations;
