- Companionship and Conversation
- Fall and Oxygen Precautions
- Obtain vitals, catheter care, toileting assist
- Checking Skin Integrity, Repositioning, Mobility, Transfers (gait belt)
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders (3 times a day)
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light Housekeeping
