Position Overview : We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our team to success. This role requires a dynamic leader who can create a sales-driven organization, build and motivate a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1 - Create a Sales-Driven Organization :

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Set aggressive sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds quotas.

2 - Build and Lead a Business Development Team :

  • Recruit, train, and manage appointment setters and business development representatives focused on "down the street" selling (door-to-door B2B sales).
  • Develop and execute strategies for effective lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
  • Foster a competitive and motivated sales environment that encourages innovation and adaptability.

3 - Drive Sales Quotas :

  • Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions swiftly.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and trends.

4 - Ensure Operational Excellence :

  • Oversee the staffing and performance of the back-of-house operations, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Implement processes and systems that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with operations teams to resolve any issues that may impact service delivery or client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-growth environment, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong track record of creating and scaling sales-driven organizations.
  • Experience in door-to-door business-to-business (B2B) sales or similar high-touch sales models.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and lead teams to success.
  • High degree of business acumen, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where time is money and quick decision-making is crucial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
