Pizza cook responsibilities are : making pizza doughs, sauces etc. fresh, homemade, from scratch every day. Cutting vegetables, making pizzas, boxing pizzas, keeping your station clean & organized
Artisan Sandwich maker responsibilities are : making sandwiches to order, cooking meats, making homemade soups and side dishes.

Previous restaurant experience is a big plus, but not necessary if you're a great person.
