Job Summary : An administrative role requiring all aspects of day to day order processing, transfers to the outside warehouses, shipping / receiving dock traffic control, and booking carriers for shipments out.

In event of absence, position will be filled by Operations Support Supervisor.

Essential Duties :

• This individual needs to be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Identify and process orders shipping daily from here, and to and from outside warehouses
• Improve efficiencies of dock employees by coordinating dock traffic (trucks and forklifts)
• Process finish good transfers to and from outside warehouses
• Main contact to outside warehouses regarding order processing including lot assignments, quality holds etc.
• Validate order shipments daily
• Answering shipping / receiving phone
• Assist with driver check in / out
• Assist with carrier booking
• Helping with inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Place all outside vendor orders
• Transfers of Raw Martials
• Working close with Fall River Purchasing and all locations for Raw Materials

Experience :

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software;
• Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. High school diploma; or one to three months related experience and / or training;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Positional Accountabilities

• Ensures accuracy and efficiency of all dock activity.
• Maintains communication with the Production department, ensuring the proper receiving and stocking of finished goods from manufacturing.
• Ensures adequate departmental staffing in response to corporate demand.
