Patient Ratios : 1 : 2
Number of Beds : 14
Department Specifics : General ICU; >
80% BSN; Average Daily Census is 11; Intensivist model with 24 / 7 coverage; Free-floating Charge Nurse; Floating to M / S floors is a rotational occurrence when census is low; Self-Scheduling.
Qualifications
Grad of an Accredited Program
Specialized field of study should be nursing.
A current and valid nursing license.
Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
