Mollie Stone’s Markets is a local, family-owned grocery store chain in the San Francisco Bay area, serving customers since 1986.

About the Role :

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer who can help us share our story, culture, and mission.

This hourly / non-exempt position will be supporting the Marketing Team on various digital and print related projects.

Essential Functions :

Design marketing collateral following our brand standards and templates.

Comfortable designing for both print and digital formats.

Assist with photoshoots and digital uploads.

Photo Retouching.

Printing and collating seasonal in-store marketing.

Assist with Social customer engagement.

Assist with the company’s main website maintenance.

Organize Photo Archive.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 1 to 3 years of Graphic Design Experience.
• Design Portfolio Required.
• Copy-writing knowledge helpful.
• Able to work both remotely and at the office, depending on the needs of the business.
• Local SF Bay Area candidates only.

Competencies :

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills.

Must maintain confidential information and know-how.

Ability to handle expensive and fragile equipment (cameras, lights, etc.)

Physical Requirements :

Lifting : min. of 35 lbs.

Standing : Up to 8 hours per day.

Seating : Up to 8 hours per day.

Walking : Up to 4 hours per day.

Reaching : Up to 1 hour per day.

Able to travel to store locations independently and as needed.

Compensation :

Pay Range : $24.00 to $28.85 / hour - Depending on Experience
