RESPONSIBILITIESKeep the venue safe, clean, neat, and orderly at all times.Assist in maintaining the venue plumbing system and restroomsRespond to plumbing issues during concerts (nights and weekends) and repair on siteRepair and replace basic restroom and concession stand plumbing parts (flushometers, sink faucets, 3 bay sink drains, etc)Replace toilets and urinals as neededDetect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Perform regular preventive maintenance.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
