About The Role

As a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager owning the Group Orders product, you’ll scope, launch, scale, and operate an $X00 million business today, and turn it into a growth accelerator for DoorDash.

You will lead cross-functional working groups of operations, marketing, product, sales and analytics teammates. Together, you will build a differentiated experience that drives value for corporate clients, the broader base of DoorDash users, our merchant partners, our Dashers, and our company.

You will report into the Director of Corporate Catering, on the DoorDash for Business team.

You'll have the opportunity to help define and test new bets, bring products and features to market, and innovate to better serve our audiences’ needs.

You’ll be accountable to top-line growth, operational performance, and bottom-line unit economics, acting as the GM of Group Ordering.

  • Build develop world-class group ordering solutions in partnership with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, with a focus on the corporate use case
  • Launch - Bring to market new group ordering products and features.
  • Operate - Figure out how to get from A to B then actually make it happen, working across the end-to-end user experience (from placing an order to the Support experience when things go wrong, and everything in between).
  • Analyze Shape and define our strategy based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experiment and Iterate - Run tests and scale insights. Embrace the challenge of having multiple paths forward and no right answer.

  • You have 10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Product, or Product Marketing; ideally with a range of experiences across multiple functions, and 4+ years of experience in people management.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
