Summary
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and demonstrate ability to utilize skills to inspire teamwork, quality, accountability, and ownership among team.
- Proficient in all tasks and functions of Admissions. Produces and maintains staff schedule for adequate staffing levels and assignment of job tasks;
- direct support and responsible for assisting staff with day-to-day staff questions and problem-solving issues; monitoring that Cox standards, as well as Admissions policy and procedures, are upheld;
conducting performance evaluations, as well as coaching / disciplining.
Job Requirements
- Education Required : High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Required : 2 years' registration or related experience
- Skills PC and keyboarding experience Ability to work closely with a large volume of people, a large volume of calls per day and covering urgent requests Ability to communicate verbally in an effective manner Ability to be flexible and work with multiple interruptions Adaptable to change
