Customer Service Representative
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and / or outbound phone calls to / from patients, caregivers, and providers.
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
- Provide accurate information to the caller.
- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
- Resolve the callers’ needs.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Job Requirements / Previous Experience :
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to type 35 wpm or greater. Non-negotiables : Being able to be in the office when needed. Great computer skills.
