Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 academic year in a K-12 school setting located in Hastings, Nebraska. This full-semester contract runs from August 1st, 2025 through May 23rd, 2026. The role focuses on providing comprehensive speech-language services to early childhood students, supporting their communication development and academic success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for early childhood students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and compliance with school policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention planning

Qualifications :

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working as an Early Childhood SLP, preferably within a school setting
  • Ability to manage caseload independently and work collaboratively with educators
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with best practices in speech therapy for students aged preschool through kindergarten
