BKM Capital Partners, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Intern to join our team.

Located in our Newport Beach, CA office, the Information Technology Intern will support our IT department’s daily activities as well as explore exciting new technologies in our industry.

This position will report to the Associate Director of Technology.

As an intern, we understand that you may have a school schedule that needs to be accommodated alongside your internship responsibilities.

Due to the collaborative learning environment, this role is 100% in-office and not eligible for remote or hybrid options.

Essential Functions :

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware and software installations
• Conduct research on IT best practices and assist in implementing improvements
• Help manage and maintain network infrastructure and security systems
• Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives

The Qualifiers :

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Windows 11 and / or 10, Mac OSX, iOS, Android
• Microsoft Office 2016 / 365
• Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Yardi Voyager or similar property management software experience preferred, but not required
