Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern B2B enterprise software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve.

We have established ourselves as the go-to platform in the space, are setting a new standard in healthcare technology, and rapidly growing our market share.

We are looking for a Senior Content Marketer to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive increased awareness and demand for Prompt.

The ideal candidate will use strong communication and project management skills to act on market trends, deliver must-have content to our target audience, and hit revenue goals.

Experience in B2B SaaS is required and experience in the healthcare software industry and / or outpatient rehab is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Development : Collaborate with leadership to propose and refine long- and short-term content strategies that position the brand as an authority on PT practice growth and business-related content.
• Case Study Production : Manage the end-to-end creation and publication of case studies, including content selection, video production, and editing.
• Social Media Management : Develop and draft social media content for brand and leadership accounts to position Prompt as a PT industry thought leader.

Content types include but are not limited to slider posts, in-feed case studies, industry job listings, text posts, video posts, etc.

• Live and Recorded Events : Plan content for and run digital events, such as roundtable discussions and podcast episodes.
• Longform Content Creation : Plan and produce high-quality PDF / longform content, such as industry reports and surveys.

Strategize and execute distribution efforts to maximize engagement.

• Blog Management : Utilize social engagement and SEO tools to guide blog content creation. Develop, assign, and edit editorial and product-related content that aligns with the overall content strategy.
• Testimonial Management : Conduct monthly reviews of testimonials found in the wild and select which ones to publish across the website and other platforms.
• Industry Immersion : Continuously seek out industry knowledge to inform content creation and ensure its relevance and accuracy.
• Email Communication : Plan and draft emails to distribute content and earn trust with ICP and customers.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Business results-oriented marketer
• Ability to own the execution of multiple project types from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
• Bonus : Experience in the outpatient therapy (PT, OT, SLP or related healthcare fields)
• Bonus : Previous case study production experience
• Bonus : Video editing experience

Location : This role is hybrid with an expectation to be in the office (Hoboken, NJ) 3 days per week. Being in our office will allow you to communicate directly, in-person, with several members of our leadership team.

You’ll be able to absorb industry knowledge and get to know our business and what matters to our target audience.

Compensation Range : $100K - $120K
