Position Summary
The Sr. Director, Technology Strategy is a trusted advisor and execution leader who partners closely with the GDATS SLT's leadership team to drive strategy, alignment, and operational excellence across the digital and technology organization. This role ensures the CDIO's agenda is effectively advanced by leading strategic initiatives, managing executive-level communications, overseeing governance processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders. Acting as an integrator, strategist, and operator, the Director plays a critical role in maximizing the impact of the CDIO and the enterprise technology agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the Office of the CDIO in defining and delivering the enterprise digital and technology strategy.
- Translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning sessions and ensure alignment between digital, technology, and business priorities.
