Deputy Program Operations Manager - Security Clearance Required
Responsibilities
The Narsil Program, a 7-year contract with FEDSIM providing enterprise level services to the ODNI is seeking a driven self-starter to assist the Program Operations Manager with running and managing the PMO.
The selected individual will have the opportunity to support program operations in a myriad of areas to include quality management, intern oversight, SLA management, program communications, and contract reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Lead the Narsil Quality Management program. Chair bi-weekly Quality Management meetings that identify, track, and escalate unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective and preventative action plans to closure.
- Review practices, procedures, and processes seeking avenues to improve program efficiency and effectiveness and reduce risk to the overall program.
- Organize and execute the Narsil internship program. This year-round program employs interns full-time during the summer and part-time the rest of the academic year.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Interviewing, hiring, and providing management oversight
- Working with the PM, Enterprise Mission Lead, and Service Delivery Lead to develop meaningful, year-round assignments for the interns
- Working with the DEIA lead to ensure a DEIA focus to intern acquisition and management
- Ensuring the program informs interns of career opportunities at Peraton, Narsil, and our customer, and strongly encourages them to consider a career in the IC
- Assist the Finance Team with travel-related requests, processing, and reporting
- Perform monthly consolidation, aggregation, analysis, and reporting of performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to include production of SLA charts for Program Status Meetings and Award Fee presentations
- Assist as requested with logistics and production of Weekly Status Reports, monthly Program Status Meetings, and quarterly Award Fee meetings, to include preparation meetings and production of associated deliverables
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager in the generation, management, and reporting of Requirement Request Forms.
- Support the creation and delivery of contractually required program deliverables, weekly and monthly reports and award fee presentations
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience or a master's degree and 8+ years of experience.
4 years experience may be considered in lieu of bachelors degree.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Project or Program Manager
- Intrinsically motivated with excellent communication skills, and ability to work on a geographically dispersed team.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, including program and customer leadership, Task Leads and PMO staff (e.
g., contracts, sub-contracts, finance, security, staffing etc.).
- Demonstrated experience collaborating on program deliverables.
- Position requires an active TS / SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Knowledge and experience with Service Level Agreements.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
