Compensation :

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers in Sewell, NJ to ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout the process
• Explain suggested asking prices and highlight key selling points to sellers, ensuring they grasp the optimal price for their home
• Organize and manage open houses, as well as coordinate all home inspections and showings efficiently
• Provide weekly updates to clients on their property listing to maintain engagement and enhance customer service ratings
• Ensure timely responses to all leads and potential homebuyers to establish a strong client base
• Follow up with leads effectively
• Implement database campaigns for marketing purposes
• Schedule listing appointments with precision
• Carry out appointments with professionalism
• Successfully close listings
• Utilize listings to maximize opportunities

Qualifications :

• A successful candidate will prioritize teamwork and view their achievements as interconnected with the team's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, especially in setting and finalizing appointments via phone.
• Profound knowledge of local real estate market conditions and the ability to apply market analysis effectively is required.
