Location :  Onsite – Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation :  Starting at $18.75 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Shift Needed :

• 1st Shift : 6 : 00AM-4 : 30PM, Monday-Thursday
• 2nd Shift : 5 : 00PM-3 : 30AM, Monday-Thursday
• Weekend 1st Shift : 5 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Weekend 2nd Shift : 5 : 00PM - 5 : 00AM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

We are looking for Operator I in our Organics department within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence : Your Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Powder and Lacquer Spray Systems. Operate and maintain Powder Cure systems.

Wear specified personal protective equipment

Follow Safety Procedures for Department Areas.

Maintain adequate material supplies.

Marks materials with identifying information.

Inform Management of any safety or product quality concerns

Records amount of materials or items received or distributed.

Weighs or counts items for distribution

Perform any other task requested by supervision.

Physical Capability :  Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
