Our client is a growing, lifestyle-branded group of ski resorts.

This role is remote, with heavy travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the brand visual identity across all areas of the customer experience
  • Partner closely with Branding and Marketing leads
  • Direct the concept of and lead day-to-day design of all marketing assets including digital and print assets including campaign concepts, emails, social ads
  • Offer leadership and contribute to the overall marketing strategy, plan, and prioritization
  • Create and foster a collaborative, innovative, and diverse creative environment
  • This is a newly created role, in an entrepreneurial environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience developing a brand
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience measuring KPIs
  • Must be excited to work in an ever-changing start-up environment
