RSM US LLP , seeks a Principal to join our Risk Consulting Technology Practice Group in New York. The Risk Technology Principal will utilize their deep industry relationships and knowledge of cutting-edge methodologies and technologies to expand our client base, increase revenue, and build a reputation as a leading digital technology risk consulting practice.

As a Risk Technology Consulting Principal, you will need to :

  • Draw upon your demonstrated technical, industry and risk advisory knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our clients in the tri-state region.
  • Lead an advanced analytics practice area focused on delivering innovative technology solutions that solve complex client challenges using the latest technologies and tools, including advanced analytics, data mining and visualizations, and cloud computing.
  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of Global Banking and other large Financial Services clients. Focus on rapidly driving revenue growth through the expansion of services and acquisition of new client engagements.

Strong personal / professional network in tri-state.

  • Ensure the successful delivery of consulting services that generate value for the client by managing project teams, budgets, and ensuring quality of deliverables.
  • Play a leading role in recruiting and retaining top-tier talent and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages continuous learning and excellence.
  • Contribute to the practice's thought leadership, sharing knowledge and insights internally and externally.
  • Model the core RSM values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship in all interactions with clients and team members.

Professional Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
  • Overall experience 15+ years.
  • Must be a current managing director or partner in an advanced analytics consulting practice focused on large financial services in North America / Canada.
  • Experience handling multiple clients and proven success rapidly growing business with a portfolio size of a minimum $20M+ and rapid growth to $50M+.
  • Technical expertise in data strategy, governance & architecture, advanced analytics (AI / ML / GenAI), and reporting / visualizations.
  • Ability to lead the development of proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills, able to articulate complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful technology consulting experience and achieving revenue targets.
  • Adept at building productive relationships and creating an inclusive environment. Recognized as a developer of talent and an enabler of self-directed, high-performing teams.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs.
