Responsibilities :
- Lead the growth and development of our sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance membership, engagement, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities, build key relationships, and devise revenue-increasing strategies.
- Ensure brand integrity and ambassadorship to captivate our target audience.
- Manage marketing plans, lead generation, and external vendors.
- Track and report on sales marketing campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and mentor our Marketing & Sales Teams.
- Actively manage sales rep performance and adherence to processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing and sales best practices.
- Analyze sales forecasts and develop competitive strategies.
- Oversee lead generation, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Utilize analytics for tracking and reporting.
- Participate in leadership activities and strategic planning.
