Description
- Performs mailroom and reproduction services tasks within a division or physical location.
- Distributing and collecting incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.
- Determining, affixing, and recording postage on registered mail and packages.
- Tracking volume and distribution of mail for reporting purposes. Verifying quantity of received goods against invoices.
- Keeping mailroom equipment and supplies in good condition and reporting when something needs repair or replacement.
