As Reverse Supply Chain Solution Analytics Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in representing planning throughout the product lifecycle from concept through development and beyond.
You’ll develop and apply insights to integrate innovative features into our planning and reverse supply chain processes.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Channels, Business Intelligence, and appropriate business owners to ensure maximum impact across the organization.
Description
Build, review, and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to identify emerging performance trends, provide recommendations, and work with cross-functional peers on potential mitigation opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with various teams : Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Channels, Business Intelligence, and appropriate business owners in defining strategies to optimize reverse supply chain solution operations.
Fully understand the impact of operational changes, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with regional teams, partners, and the leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry working experience; service operations experience is a plus.
- Strong experience in reporting, data-driven insights, and ad hoc analysis.
- Extensive experience in analyzing large data sets and conducting ad hoc analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Tableau.
- Ability to report and present in a clear and concise manner to all levels.
- High degree of flexibility supporting multiple projects of varying complexity and priority and ability to handle contending priorities in a data-driven and results-oriented manner.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with a consistent record of solving complex problems.
- Proven ability to track and manage ongoing activities within a project.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Outstanding professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-stress / fast-paced work environment.
- Leverage and implement standard methodologies and tools available across Apple to improve the team’s efficiency.
- Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Standout colleague, reliable and dependable.
- BS degree in industrial engineering / operations research, statistics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SQL. Adept at merging data from a variety of sources in order to generate conclusions through analysis.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $148,200 and $223,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
