Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain seamless workflows. Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Conduct regular inspections of work progress and quality, addressing issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process. Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : a strong understanding of construction processes, including scheduling and budgeting; proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards; a proactive and detail-oriented approach to project management.
