Education / Experience Required : Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study and 2 - 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Manage, create, test, and deploy a variety of eCommerce campaigns and projects
- Create digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals
- Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure personalized product recommendations align with business goals.
- Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
- Implement A / B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to ensure task and project deliverables are complete
