Job Title : Customer Experience Specialist
Location : La Mesa, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join a growing financial services company in La Mesa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals, providing outstanding service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Support clients with account setup, documentation, and service requests while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a positive client experience
Deliver exceptional customer service and support in a professional manner
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Help identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and streamline service processes
Qualifications :
2+ years of customer service or client relations experience
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Position Details :
Location : La Mesa, San Diego
Type : 3-6 month contract role with a high chance to go permanent
Schedule : Full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm PST
Compensation : $22.00 per hour
