Who You Are :

Our team is focused on patient experience, working with one another to create a smooth and welcoming environment for our patients as possible.

In addition to your teamwork, customer service, and communication skills, you’ll need to have :

  • Derm Surgery experience would be ideal!
  • Must have completed a Certified Medical Assistant program, or have equivalent experience. High School Degree or Equivalent.
  • Valid CPR / BLS License.
  • Ability to complete / pass a background check, 5-panel drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility and prior relevant references upon hire.

What You’ll Do :

As a clinical team member, you will be partnering with our providers and other clinical staff to assist in sterile techniques for our patients.

A typical day will consist of :

  • Rooming patients and updating employee medical records / charts with any pertinent information.
  • Assisting our providers with surgical procedures, suture removal, and dressing changes.
  • Maintaining a sterile environment before and after procedures, following clinic procedures.
  • Educating patients on follow-up care, and answering questions or concerns within the scope of practice.
  • Working collaboratively with internal staff, providers, and any vendors.
  • Using electronic medical records systems and Microsoft programs regularly for various tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
