Who You Are :

In addition to your teamwork, customer service, and communication skills, you’ll need to have :
- Derm Surgery experience would be ideal!
- Must have completed a Certified Medical Assistant program, or have equivalent experience. High School Degree or Equivalent.
- Valid CPR / BLS License.
- Ability to complete / pass a background check, 5-panel drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility and prior relevant references upon hire.
What You’ll Do :
As a clinical team member, you will be partnering with our providers and other clinical staff to assist in sterile techniques for our patients.
A typical day will consist of :
- Rooming patients and updating employee medical records / charts with any pertinent information.
- Assisting our providers with surgical procedures, suture removal, and dressing changes.
- Maintaining a sterile environment before and after procedures, following clinic procedures.
- Educating patients on follow-up care, and answering questions or concerns within the scope of practice.
- Working collaboratively with internal staff, providers, and any vendors.
- Using electronic medical records systems and Microsoft programs regularly for various tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
